Role Objective



This role works closely with the Founder to

support execution across two critical business areas

:

Recruitment Operations (delivery exposure and execution support)



Corporate Tie-ups & Partnerships (research, coordination, and follow-up support)



The role is designed as a

founder-shadowing position

with high learning exposure, strong execution responsibility, and

no independent decision-making authority

.

Key Responsibilities



1? Recruitment Operations Support (Primary Focus)



Assist with end-to-end recruitment execution for active mandates

Coordinate sourcing, screening schedules, interviews, and feedback tracking

Maintain role-wise and client-wise hiring trackers and MIS

Support candidate documentation, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups

Observe and learn recruitment workflows, SLAs, and quality benchmarks

2? Corporate Tie-ups & Partnership Support (Founder-Led)



Research target corporates, HR leaders, and partnership prospects

Prepare pre-meeting briefs, company snapshots, and context notes

Attend founder-led partnership meetings as an observer (where appropriate)

Draft follow-up emails and maintain partnership pipeline trackers

Coordinate proposals, credentials, and onboarding documentation

3? Founder's Office Execution & Coordination



Track founder priorities, commitments, and follow-ups across both verticals

Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action summaries

Ensure no task, follow-up, or conversation is missed

Maintain structured documentation, folders, and process trackers

Suggest process and template improvements over time

What This Role Is NOT



Not a sales or target-driven role

Not responsible for deal closures or commercial negotiations

Not an independent client-handling role

Not a decision-making or authority position

Accuracy and consistency in recruitment and partnership trackers

Zero missed follow-ups or untracked commitments

Smooth coordination across founder, clients, and internal teams

Reduction in founder operational dependency over time

Ideal Candidate Profile



Graduate or early-career professional (any stream)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and disciplined

Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, email, and basic productivity tools

Professional maturity to sit in client and corporate discussions

High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality mindset
