Role Overview:
The Founder's Office Manager will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to lead mission-critical projects. You will bridge strategy and execution, operate with a founder's mindset, and play a key role in building a world-class drone technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
? Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the Founder in refining business strategy and ensuring execution across teams.
? Program Management: Lead and track cross-functional strategic projects: new market launches, partnerships, product development initiatives, fundraising efforts.
? Business Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking, regulatory analysis (e.g., DGCA regulations), market assessments to inform decision-making.
? Internal Operations: Identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive operational efficiency initiatives across product, operations, marketing, and R&D.
? Investor Relations & Fundraising: Assist in preparation of investor materials, manage data rooms, coordinate investor meetings and due diligence processes.
? External Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison for key government agencies, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
? Leadership Enablement: Prepare dashboards, reports, and briefings to keep leadership aligned and focused on key metrics and priorities.
? Special Projects: Own ad-hoc strategic projects such as government tenders, drone pilot programs, technology partnerships or M&A explorations.
? Company Structuring & Investment Support: Assist in activities related to company structuring, restructuring, creation of holding/subsidiary entities, investment transactions, compliance filings, and legal documentation in collaboration with external advisors (lawyers, consultants).
? On-Site Travel: Accompany the Founder for important on-site visits, client meetings, government engagements, partner discussions, investor pitches, or industry events; ensuring thorough preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
Work Details:
? Office Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) (Note: Flexibility may be required based on project needs, events, or travel schedules.)
? Work Mode: On-site -- Cabin no 534, Innovation and Incubation Centre, IIITD, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi-110020
? Travel Requirements: Domestic and occasional international travel with the Founder for client meetings, site visits, industry events, and strategic projects.
