What You'll Own

Market & Trends ?

Spot opportunities, analyse competitors, and turn insights into growth moves.

Lead & Partnerships ?

Hunt for leads, craft proposals, and nail GTM, sales, and investor relations.

Product & Projects ?

Plan, coordinate, and ship projects and product launches end-to-end.

Ops & Execution ?

Streamline processes, manage resources, and keep everything running smooth.

Community & Visibility ?

Collaborate on events, social media, and external engagements to boost VibeSquad's presence.

Legal & Compliance ?

Handle contracts, legal docs, and compliance without skipping a beat.

Data & Improvement ?

Track progress, analyse results, tweak strategies, and optimise workflows.

Product Management ?

Own roadmaps, cross-team execution, and shaping products people love.

The Skills We Need

Graduate degree with 2+ years of professional experience. Excellent command of English (written & spoken) and strong interpersonal skills. Analytical, organised, and able to execute multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hustler mindset - proactive, decisive, and solution-oriented. Generalist attitude with ability to contribute across strategy, growth, and operations. Social Media native and analytical thinker with the ability to connect dots and make informed suggestions
