You won't just be working at a startup, you'll be working with people who've built ecosystems from zero to one.

The Impact You'll Make

We're looking for a high-agency, Social Media native and detail-obsessed individual to join us as a

Strategy & Operations Associate

. This is not a typical 9-5 role; you'll be working directly with the founders on everything from business development and investor conversations to product experiments, content, and internal ops.

You'll be a key part of the business team: researching, documenting, problem-solving, and executing on ideas that matter. If you're the kind of person who learns fast, thrives in chaos, and turns ambiguity into action, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Own projects end-to-end: from framing problems ? running analyses ? driving execution. Build and optimize dashboards, processes, and workflows that scale. Partner with leadership on new initiatives (e.g., market entry, GTM design, partnerships). Deep-dive into data to uncover insights and recommend actions. Coordinate across teams (product, growth, ops) to make sure execution sticks.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

2+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, research, operations, consulting, or high-output startup environments Strong writing and communication skills, you should be able to put together a doc or deck from scratch Social Media native and analytical thinker with the ability to connect dots and make informed suggestions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and unstructured environment Highly reliable, organized, and efficient, someone who lives for productivity Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working directly with a founder/CEO Prior experience in zero-to-one environments or leadership in startups is a plus.
