Luxurykase is a premium online store specializing in high-quality iPhone cases. We are committed to delivering stylish, durable products and exceptional service across key ecommerce platforms. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Founder's Office and take ownership of critical business operations and strategic growth initiatives.



As a key part of the Founder's Office, you will manage end-to-end ecommerce operations including product sourcing, listings on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, customer support, inventory management, order fulfillment, and digital advertising. You will also be responsible for building a scalable team, setting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and helping drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle product sourcing and maintain supplier relationships. Ensure product listings are accurately maintained across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra. Manage customer support, inquiries, and issue resolution efficiently. Oversee inbound inventory, order packing, and fulfillment logistics. Take full ownership of business performance and operations. Manage and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. Develop and implement SOPs to streamline business processes. Recruit, train, and lead a team to support scalable operations. Analyze data and create strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs. Collaborate directly with the founder and leadership on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-6 years of experience in ecommerce operations, sourcing, or digital marketing. Experience in team building and process development (SOPs). Proficient with ecommerce platforms: Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra. Skilled in digital advertising on Meta and Google Ads. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
