Work directly with founders across growth, sales, CX, and ops. You'll turn ideas into experiments, pilots into wins, and insights into playbooks.
What you'll do?
Research markets, build prospect lists, and open doors across channels
Run discovery, capture crisp notes, and align next steps in CRM
Drive demos/POCs and close loops with stakeholders
Build decks, one-pagers, and workflows that move deals forward
Keep pipeline and docs clean, measurable, and current
Spin up growth experiments with founders and report outcomes
Support onboarding, renewals, and reference case studies
Be the customer's voice internally and escalate blockers and ship fixes.
Must-haves
1+ years in sales/BD/CS/consulting or scrappy startup roles
Excellent written and spoken communication (English + Hindi)
Resourceful and fast, strong structure and follow-through
Solid docs and basics in spreadsheets, slides, and CRM
Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership
Nice-to-haves
Fintech/BFSI/SaaS exposure, voice/automation/workflow tools
Light no-code (Zapier/n8n) or SQL, demo storytelling
Experience running POCs or enterprise stakeholders
