Role Overview:
As a
Founder's Office Associate
, you will act as the right hand to the founder--handling high-leverage tasks across strategy, operations, communication, and execution. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role designed for a highly motivated generalist who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to work closely with leadership on projects that directly impact the company's growth.
You'll manage calendars, track initiatives, assist in investor readiness, support internal ops, and build scalable systems across departments. If you're looking to break into startups, venture building, or even founding your own company someday--this role will give you front-row exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Founder Enablement & Executive Support
Manage and optimise the Founder's calendar--protecting focus time and aligning meetings with strategic goals
Triage email inboxes, respond to messages, and follow up on critical communication
Prepare for meetings--agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up tracking
Maintain discretion while handling confidential information
Project & Strategic Initiative Management
Drive cross-functional projects across departments (growth, ops, product)
Track meeting action items, company OKRs, and progress of key initiatives
Conduct competitive benchmarking, market research, and investor due diligence
Build and maintain simple project trackers and dashboards
Internal Ops & Documentation
Draft SOPs and maintain internal documentation
Assist with process design, system integrations (e.g., Xero, GoCardless)
Support hiring tasks such as candidate sourcing, scheduling, and coordination
Track employee milestones, birthdays, and engagement initiatives
Travel, Events & Stakeholder Management
Plan travel, accommodation, and logistics for founders and guests
Organise client meetings, offsites, and team events across cities
Assist with investor communication, decks, and fundraising readiness
Content, Communication & Brand Representation
Draft internal presentations and decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
Write emails, founder communications, and LinkedIn content
Conduct analysis in Excel/Sheets and prepare concise summaries and reports
Represent the founder professionally across communication channels

Must-Have Skills:
Strong written communication and proofreading abilities
Exceptional time and task management; highly organised
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new tools quickly
