To support the Founder/CEO in managing business operations, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder communications, ensuring smooth workflow, timely follow-ups, and high-level business coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Founder in daily business operations and calendar management.
Coordinate calls, meetings, and follow-ups with clients, investors, and partners.
Support business initiatives by preparing presentations, reports, and analyses.
Handle personal banking and corporate card transactions as needed.
Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights.
Draft emails, proposals, and documents on behalf of the Founder.
Liaise with internal teams to track project progress and deadlines.
Research industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Ensure smooth communication between the Founder and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years experience supporting senior leadership or founders (startups preferred).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Skills & Competencies:
High discretion and confidentiality.
Proactive, self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
Understanding of business operations, banking, and finance processes.
KPIs / Success Metrics:
Timely completion of Founder's requests.
Accuracy and quality of reports, presentations, and analyses.
Smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Initiative in identifying gaps and providing solutions proactively.
