Founder's Office Associate

who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage high-priority projects, and streamline operations. If you're highly organized, adaptable, and eager to take on diverse challenges, we want you!

What will you do? (be awesome!)

Strategic Initiatives:

Work directly with founders to execute business strategies and key projects.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate across departments to improve processes and efficiency.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Research trends and provide insights for business growth.

Operations & Execution:

Oversee critical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications.

2+ years experience

in business strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field.

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

with a structured approach to execution.

Excellent communication

& stakeholder management abilities.

Adaptability & initiative

to thrive in an evolving startup environment. Proficiency in Sheets, Docs, Slides, and data analysis tools.
