About the Role



We are looking for a

smart, presentable and highly proactive Founder's Office Associate

to work directly with the Founder. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career candidate who has strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and good command of Tally and Excel.

You will get exposure across

all business verticals

-- manufacturing, supply chain, retail, wholesale, B2B and D2C operations -- making this a high-growth learning opportunity.

Key Responsibilities



1. Founder Assistance & Daily Operations



Work closely with the Founder to manage day-to-day tasks and priorities Handle client communication, follow-ups, and coordination Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation Support in meetings -- taking notes, preparing agendas, and tracking action items

2. Business Operations (Across All Verticals)



Assist across manufacturing operations, retail processes, wholesale orders, and D2C workflows Coordinate between departments (production, dispatch, graphic design, marketing, etc.) Monitor order flow, vendor coordination, and customer requirements

3. Accounts & Reporting



Maintain basic accounting entries Work on Tally (basic-level) for daily data updates Create Excel sheets, MIS reports, and performance trackers Assist with billing, reconciliation, and basic finance tasks

4. Communication & Client Handling



Handle client calls, emails, and requirements professionally Ensure clarity, proper documentation, and timely follow-ups Represent the Founder confidently in operational discussions

Required Skills



Excellent English & Hindi communication (written + verbal) Highly presentable and confident Good interpersonal and client-handling skills Basic accounting knowledge Working knowledge of

Tally

Strong hands-on ability in

Excel

Structured thinking and problem-solving Ability to multitask and handle responsibility

Who Should Apply



Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years experience B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA (or similar) backgrounds preferred Someone who wants to work directly with a Founder Someone eager to learn
