This internship offers

hands-on exposure

to real content creation in a lean setup, with direct collaboration with the founder.

Role Overview

This is a

Founder's Desk Internship

where

video editing is the primary responsibility

.

We are looking for someone who is

already comfortable with video editing tools

and wants to apply their skills in real projects while learning how content is planned, created, and executed in a small creative studio.

Alongside editing, the intern will

support the founder with content-related tasks

and gradually explore AI tools used in modern video creation.

This role is meant for skilled editors who want practical exposure and not for absolute beginners.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing (Primary - ~70%)

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads Add music, captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics Maintain clean pacing, storytelling flow, and visual consistency Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms

Content & Founder Support (Secondary - ~30%)

Assist with organizing content and assets Help with posting or scheduling content when required Research references, trends, or formats for content ideas Experiment with AI tools for video and creative workflows Support day-to-day creative tasks as needed
There are no sales targets, outreach pressure, or revenue responsibilities in this role.
Who Should Apply

Students, or early-career creatives with

hands-on video editing experience

Comfortable working with:

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

(basic motion graphics, text, animations) Photoshop Have already edited real videos (personal projects, freelance, internships, or content pages) Curious about

AI tools for content creation

Comfortable working in a

small, evolving setup

Own a laptop capable of smooth video editing

This role is not suitable for absolute beginners in video editing.
