Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
Duration: 6 months internship
Reports To: Founder & CEO, IIDE
About the Role
We're looking for a creative and driven Founder's Content Creator Intern who will work directly with the CEO to build and maintain his brand across LinkedIn and Instagram.
This isn't your typical "post and forget" internship--you'll be shaping the voice and visual identity of a thought leader in digital education.
What You'll Do
Video Content Creation
Shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos for Instagram & LinkedIn.
Experiment with reels, trends, and storytelling formats to amplify personal brand visibility.
Capture behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content for Karan's platforms.
LinkedIn Content Creation
Draft sharp, insightful, and engaging LinkedIn posts aligned with Karan's vision.
Research trending topics in digital marketing, education, and leadership to craft thought-leadership content.
Repurpose event highlights, podcasts, and talks into snackable content pieces.
Content Management
Maintain a posting calendar for LinkedIn & Instagram.
Track content performance and suggest creative improvements.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and positioning across platforms.
Requirements
Who You Are
A student/fresher with a passion for content, social media, and storytelling.
Skilled in video editing tools (Premiere Pro/CapCut/Final Cut or similar).
A strong writer with the ability to simplify complex ideas into catchy, easy-to-consume content.
Obsessed with LinkedIn, Instagram trends, and personal branding content.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work directly with a CEO.
