Assist in

research, presentations, and proposals

for new and existing clients. Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution. Track key tasks, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the Founder. Support in

business development

- from lead generation to outreach. Handle documentation, SOP creation, and process optimization. Be a problem-solver - jump into new challenges and find quick solutions. Strong communication & writing skills (English + Hindi preferred). Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn. Interest in

business strategy, marketing, and startups

. Comfortable with tools like

Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Excel/Sheets

. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Freshers or students in final year of BBA/B.Com/BA/Engineering/MBA can apply. Direct mentorship from the Founder/CEO. First-hand exposure to

how an agency is built and scaled

. Learn

client communication, brand strategy, and business operations

. A fast-track learning curve with real responsibility. Chance to convert to a

full-time Associate role

after internship.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
