Role Overview:
You'll be the right hand of the Founder -- helping manage both personal and business tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Support
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Follow up on tasks, projects, and shoot schedules.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Manage emails, messages, and client communications.
Maintain project tracking sheets and daily updates.
Personal & Administrative Support
Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel.
Handle calls, errands, and scheduling.
Organize daily to-dos and reminders.
Support in office coordination whenever required.
Who You Are:
Graduate (any stream) -- freshers welcome!
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
