Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and entrepreneurial

Founder's Office Intern

to work directly with the Founder on key business initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working across multiple domains --

operations, marketing, sales, and strategy

.

You'll manage day-to-day priorities, build data-driven insights, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help drive operational excellence -- all while learning how a D2C luxury brand scales from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Founder on

daily business operations, analysis, and project execution

.

Create and maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and data sets

for strategic decisions.

Own short-term projects

and ensure on-time delivery through coordination with different teams.

Identify and solve operational bottlenecks

with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Communicate effectively and politely

with internal and external stakeholders. Use tools like

Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM platforms

for task tracking and reporting. Contribute ideas for improving workflows, efficiency, and customer experience. Adapt to

dynamic priorities

and maintain clarity under fast-changing situations.

Who You Are

A self-starter with a

"get things done"

attitude. Excellent

communication skills

in English -- both written and verbal.

Analytical thinker

who enjoys working with data and solving problems. Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable with ambiguity. Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools and online systems.

Polite, humble, and professional

in all communication.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate student or recent graduate in

Business, Management, Commerce, or related field

. Proficiency in

Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

is essential. Prior internship or exposure to

operations, data analytics, or startup environments

preferred.
