About the Role

The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founder(s) and leadership team on high-impact projects across strategy, operations, research, and execution. This role offers exposure to decision-making at the highest level of the organization and is ideal for someone who wants to learn how startups are built and scaled.

Key Responsibilities

Support the founder(s) in day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives Conduct market, competitor, and industry research and summarize insights Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents Track key projects, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution Analyze data and help derive actionable insights for business decisions Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, etc.) Assist in special projects as required by the founder's office
Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or project experience in startups, consulting, or strategy roles Basic understanding of business metrics and financial concepts Experience with presentations, dashboards, or research tools
