Monitor key metrics: Inventory, Sales, Customer experience issues
Process improvements to reduce errors & delays
Sales & Customer Coordination
CRM lead updates, follow-ups and sales reporting
Assist Sales team with quotations, product info, and client status tracking
Manage premium customer escalations with professionalism
HR & Admin Support
Hiring coordination: job postings, screening, interview scheduling
Attendance & onboarding support
Policy communication to team
Founder Support
Prepare presentations, summaries, and business updates
Research new product categories, new brands, competitive pricing
Handle confidential tasks with high ownership
Project Ownership
Lead 1-2 company-wide projects at a time (e.g., new brand launch, customer experience improvement)
Track timelines + communicate progress regularly to Founder
