We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Founder Office- Executive
to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role involves managing the CEO's calendar, communications, travel, and key projects to help enhance productivity and enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Communication Management
Manage and optimize calendar -- schedule meetings, appointments, and priorities.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of the CEO.
Draft polished correspondence, memos, and executive emails.
Administrative Support
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
Coordinate and book travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Maintain and organize documents, files, and records with discretion.
Liaison & Coordination
Act as a primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate executive and board meetings, including agendas and follow-up.
Assist with special projects, research, and cross-departmental coordination as needed.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders (recommended).
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Discretion and sound judgment.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
