We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join the Founder's Office. This role involves working closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, operations, and project execution. You will act as an enabler for the leadership team--ensuring smooth communication, data-backed decision-making, and seamless execution of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support:
Work directly with the Founder on strategic planning, research, and execution of critical business initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare strategic briefs and presentations.
Track key business metrics and prepare dashboards and reports for management reviews.
2. Cross-functional Coordination:
Liaise between departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on business goals.
Follow up on key deliverables and ensure timely execution of action items discussed in leadership meetings.
Manage communication and coordination with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
3. Project & Operations Management:
Oversee special projects from ideation to implementation.
Manage operational tasks such as vendor management, documentation, and logistics for business processes (including import/export documentation if applicable).
Identify process improvements and drive efficiency across teams.
4. Founder Enablement:
Manage Founder's calendar, meetings, and travel itineraries when required.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and summaries for key meetings and partnerships.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, operations, or executive support roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Sheets).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of ownership, integrity, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
