Job Description

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and articulate individual to work directly with our company founder and represent them in key communications and meetings. This role goes beyond basic assistance -- you'll be acting as an extended arm of the founder, interacting with internal teams, clients, and partners. Key Responsibilities

Represent the founder in internal and external communications -- via email, phone, and in-person/virtual meetings

Attend meetings on behalf of the founder, take notes, and ensure follow-ups

Manage the founder's calendar, prioritize tasks, and coordinate schedules

Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and talking points for key meetings

Handle travel and logistics planning including booking, itineraries, and event prep

Conduct in-depth research, create briefing notes, and summarize findings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move projects forward

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Support in organizing business events, investor meets, and offsite activities

What We're Looking For

No formal degree required -- we care more about attitude, communication, and ownership

0-2 years of experience in a similar or client-facing role (internships included)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and initiative

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Trello is a plus
