Kindergarten Coordinator

We are seeking for a talented and enthusiastic Kindergarten Coordinator to lead our early years program and make a positive impact on our youngest learners.

Qualification:

Master's degree or any degree specialized with B.Ed. or M.Ed. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field Nursery Teacher Training At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a kindergarten or early years setting In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire and support a team of educators

Key Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing the development and implementation of the kindergarten curriculum Supporting and mentoring a team of early childhood educators Ensuring a nurturing and inclusive learning environment Engaging with parents and the community to support student development Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with educational standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,546.72 - ?76,868.29 per month
