BE/ B-Tech / M-Tech /PhD from IIT, NIT or reputed A-Grad Collage / University (For

JEE).

M.Sc./ M.Phil./ PhD from reputed University (

For NEET)

M.Sc. From reputed University

(For Foundation)

Minimum of 4 years of prior teaching experience (

For JEE/NEET Foundation)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented attitude.

Very strong academic record

Key Activities & Responsibilities

:

The role will be to teach foundation students, aspiring for Competitive examinations, the subjects Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology

online

in front of a camera and in person

(SIP project)

in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding.

Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students

Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject.

Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques

Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for student's questions.

Expert level proficiency for foundation

(Class VIII, IX & X)

classes.

Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.

Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements or on Face to Face Classes.

Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and you should be open to learning new concepts and tools.

Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.

Produce answers that are 100% accurate
