Position Summary
The Foundation School
Coordinator
will be the academic and administrative in-charge of the Pre-Primary to Class I unit. She will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the school, effective implementation of early years curriculum, supervision of staff, student welfare, and coordination with the main branch at Adampur.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure proper implementation of curriculum and teaching standards.
Supervise daily school operations, discipline, hygiene, and safety.
Guide, monitor, and support teachers and support staff.
Maintain academic and administrative records.
Handle parent communication and conduct meetings.
Implement policies, circulars, and instructions issued by the Adampur Head Office.
Plan and oversee school activities and events.
Qualifications & Experience
Post-Graduate (Required).
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education desirable.
Minimum 7 years of teaching experience; leadership/coordination experience. preferred
in the same field
.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Child-centric and nurturing approach.
Good organizational and administrative ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
