Job Summary

The FOS - Liability role at IGSSL focuses on driving field sales for the Retail Liabilities segment of Indian Bank. The position is responsible for acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and ensuring strong coordination with internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for retail liability products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Fixed Deposits. Actively promote Indian Bank's retail liability offerings to prospective customers.
2. Customer Acquisition

Identify, engage, and onboard new customers within the assigned territory. Implement effective customer acquisition strategies to grow the retail liabilities portfolio.
3. Field Sales Activities

Conduct regular field visits to local markets, residential areas, and commercial zones to generate leads. Participate in on-ground campaigns, customer outreach programs, and promotional activities to boost sales.
4. Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with Team Leaders, Branch Managers, and other bank officials to ensure seamless processing of customer applications. Provide timely updates on lead status, market insights, and competition trends.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads generated, customer interactions, and closures. Ensure all required documents for account opening and onboarding are collected and verified as per guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: candidates with sales/marketing background). Freshers also can Apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a field-based role. Target-oriented mindset with a passion for customer acquisition. Basic understanding of banking products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
