v) Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting ane loans
vi) Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information.
vii) Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services job knowlede on tynes of loans and otber fancial serrices.
viii) Maintain and update records of visits, sales etc.
ix) Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction ladbere throughout the process.
x) Operate in compliance with laws and regulations adhere toto lending lenessd compliance guidelines of the Bank.
Desired Skills:
i) Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.
ii)Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices. Agri, SME, knowledge of locally grown crops and crop cycle
iii) Understanding of KYC, Banking Form filling exercise. Experience of NBFC, SHG, BC, Rural Bank, Finance Finance company.Would be preferred.
iv) Assist Branches/ Regions in deploying credit in RUSU area, like Doorstep services, document collection, customer experience, query reresolution, promoting Bank schemes/produes promoting Bank schemes/ products.
v) Verbal and written local language skills and English/Hindi Knowledge.
vi) Coordinating with Team Leaders, Managers, Branches, RACC of the Bank as and when required.
