The Forum Development & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of the Million Dollar Business Forum. This role focuses on marketing and development initiatives, managing memberships, building strong connections with business leaders, and ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events. The position requires a dynamic professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, while maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Forum Marketing & Development
Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance the forum's brand presence.
Develop campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
Membership Management
Oversee member onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
Maintain accurate membership records and ensure timely communication with members.
Build personalized relationships with business leaders and their offices.
Business Leader Engagement
Act as the primary liaison between the forum and business leaders.
Coordinate office visits, introductions, and relationship-building activities.
Ensure leaders are actively engaged in forum initiatives.
Meetings & Event Management
Plan, organize, and execute forum meetings, networking sessions, and large-scale events.
Manage logistics, schedules, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
Prepare reports and updates for forum leaders on event outcomes and member participation.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for events, marketing, and operational needs.
Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain strong partnerships to support forum activities.
Reporting & Administration
Provide regular updates and reports to forum leaders on membership, marketing, and event performance.
Track KPIs such as membership growth, event attendance, and engagement metrics.
Ensure compliance with forum policies and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or membership development.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with senior business leaders.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
