Job Title: Manager - Branding and Communication.Location: BangaloreDepartment: Corporate CommunicationsExperience Required: 6-10 years in branding, corporate communication, or internal communicationRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Branding and Communication Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives and drive employee and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a strong storyteller who can align brand identity with internal and external communications while fostering a consistent voice across all platforms. The ideal candidate will also champion engagement campaigns that inspire trust, loyalty, and connection.Key Responsibilities:Branding & Communication Strategy- Develop and implement integrated branding and communication strategies.- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.- Drive brand awareness, recall, and positioning in the market.Employee & Stakeholder Engagement- Design and execute internal communication plans to engage employees and promote company culture.- Lead employer branding initiatives across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and careers websites.- Support leadership communication with crisp, relevant, and high-impact messaging.Content Development- Craft compelling content for websites, campaigns, newsletters, intranet, videos, and social media.- Develop executive messages, speeches, presentations, and talking points.Media & PR Coordination- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns for product launches, corporate announcements, events, and initiatives.- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external PR agencies to coordinate press outreach.Campaigns & Events- Lead high-impact communication campaigns around product launches, organizational changes, CSR initiatives, etc.- Drive employee engagement campaigns: town halls, contests, awards, events, and recognition programs.Measurement & Reporting- Track and analyze the impact of communication and branding initiatives.- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on communication effectiveness.Key Skills and Competencies:- Strong network in BPO/media/HR tech publications is a plus- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a business tone- Ability to work under tight deadlines and across multiple stakeholders- Knowledge of PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Google Alerts, media monitoring platforms)- Understanding of BPO industry dynamics, trends, and employer brandingPreferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field- Experience in BPO, ITES, or service-based industries is highly preferred- Prior experience in handling employer branding or talent communication is a bonus (ref:updazz.com)
