Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

? Identify potential clients and generate leads within the construction and infrastructure sector.

? Promote and sell formwork solutions (aluminum, steel, plastic, etc.) based on client needs.

? Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.

? Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical discussions.

? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.

? Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure product suitability and timely delivery.

? Follow up with clients for payments and post-sales support.

? Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

? Maintain a database of client interactions, pipeline, and sales reports.

Key Skills:

? Strong sales and negotiation skills

? Good understanding of formwork systems and construction site processes

? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

? Ability to work independently and handle targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
