Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Formulation Scientist with expertise in skincare product development, particularly in the topic of nanotechnology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in formulating cutting-edge skincare products, ensuring the highest quality and efficacy. Responsibilities:

• Formulation Development: Lead the development of skincare formulations, with a focus on integrating nanotechnology for enhanced product performance. Previous experience with formulating serums, creams, toners, moisturizers, perfumes, gels, and emulsions is preferred.
• Ingredient Selection: Source and evaluate high-quality ingredients, including APIs and natural extracts, to enhance product efficacy.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize formulations to achieve superior stability, shelf life, and overall product quality.
• Physicochemical Analysis: Oversee laboratory testing, ensuring comprehensive physicochemical analysis and stability testing are conducted.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Ph.D./ Master\'s/Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in skincare product development, with a focus on formulation and nanotechnology. We also invite experienced candidates 10-15+ years as well. A suitable role can be discussed.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in formulating skincare products, understanding nanotechnology, and conducting physicochemical analysis.
