Mentor and guide junior operators, providing feedback and support to improve their skills. Stay updated on new equipment and safety best practices to update training materials as needed. Assist in the maintenance of training equipment and facilities. Maintain accurate training records and documentation. Collaborate with warehouse management to identify training needs and improve overall operational efficiency.
Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a certified forklift operator. Strong knowledge of different types of forklifts, their operation, and maintenance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills. Deep understanding of warehouse safety protocols and regulations. Ability to patiently and effectively communicate complex instructions. Attention to detail to ensure trainees meet all safety and operational standards. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology is often preferred. Certification in forklift operation is essential.
