Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our cold storage facility at Aeden Fruits International. The operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize stock within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience working in cold environments and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to load and unload goods and materials from trucks, pallets, and storage racks. Move and stack inventory in designated areas safely and efficiently within the cold storage. Inspect forklifts and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure equipment safety and reliability. Report any damage to goods or machinery to supervisors promptly. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate logs of inventory movement and equipment usage. Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize storage and distribution operations.
Requirements:

Valid forklift operator license or certification. Minimum 1-2 years experience operating forklifts, preferably in cold storage or warehouse settings. Ability to work in cold environments with appropriate protective gear. Good physical health with the ability to lift heavy loads when needed. Strong awareness of safety guidelines and attention to detail. Basic communication skills for reporting and coordination.
