Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Forklift Driver
with 5-7 years of hands-on operational experience in warehouse and material handling environments. The ideal candidate should be skilled in safely operating forklifts, managing inventory movements, and supporting warehouse operations efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Operate forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet stacker) safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, move, and stack materials in accordance with warehouse layout and storage systems.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any faults or safety concerns.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all materials.
Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and order picking/packing as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
Accurately maintain records of material movement using manual logs or warehouse management systems (WMS).
REQUIRED
Valid forklift operator license/certification.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, labels, and inventory documents.
Experience using WMS or barcode scanners is preferred.
Physical ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required.
