- Forklift Driver :

Role Overview:

The Forklift Driver is responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange goods and materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse or factory premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift to transport materials, goods, and finished products. Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage racks safely. Arrange and stack goods in designated areas within the warehouse or production floor. Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any mechanical issues. Ensure proper weight distribution and safe handling of loads. Maintain accurate records of material movement as per company procedures. Assist in physical inventory counts and stock verification. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Support warehouse and production staff in material handling activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (basic education). Valid forklift driving license/certification (mandatory). 10-12 years of experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing industry. Knowledge of safe forklift operating practices. Ability to read and follow instructions, labels, and safety guidelines. Basic knowledge of warehouse documentation (inward/outward slips, GRN, etc.).
