Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain

ForgeRock Access Management solutions

including

OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenID

, and

WebAuthn

. Perform

installation, configuration, and customization

of ForgeRock components. Develop and manage

Single Sign-On (SSO)

,

Access Management

,

Identity Federation

,

Multi-Factor Authentication

, and

Risk-Based Authentication

solutions. Work with authentication technologies such as

Header-based SSO

,

SAML

,

OAuth

, and related protocols. Customize ForgeRock UI and develop scripts/code to fetch assertion values from multiple data sources. Manage

ForgeRock OpenIDM

for

provisioning and deprovisioning

of identities. Administer and troubleshoot

LDAP directories

like OpenDJ. Collaborate with teams to integrate ForgeRock solutions with enterprise applications. Provide

technical troubleshooting

and resolve complex issues independently or in team settings.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with

ForgeRock OpenAM

and related products. Strong understanding of

Access Management concepts

and

Identity Management systems

. Proficiency in

Java/J2EE

development for customization and integration. Experience with

PKI

,

certificate management

, and secure authentication protocols. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
