What You'll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Forex space
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
Lead and guide a team of business development executives
Share feedback and insights from the market to improve strategy
Work closely with management to grow the company
What We Need From You:
Strong written and spoken English
3-5 years of experience in Forex or related field
Team leadership or management experience (preferred)
A proven record of building and closing client deals
Team player with a target-driven mindset
Must be based in India (remote work can be discussed)
