Key Responsibilities
Handle
daily forex operations
, including currency exchange, remittances, and related services.
Manage
KYC verification
, documentation, and compliance as per RBI and AML guidelines.
Assist customers in purchasing and selling foreign currencies, travel cards, and remittance products.
Maintain accurate records, transaction logs, and reporting systems.
Coordinate with banks, partners, and internal teams for timely execution of forex transactions.
Ensure branch operational efficiency and support management in process improvement.
Provide
excellent customer service
to walk-in and corporate clients.
Ensure cash handling, vault management, and reconciliation are performed accurately.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in Forex Operations (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of currency exchange procedures, remittances, and compliance norms.
Good communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain accuracy in transactions.
Basic computer proficiency.
