We are seeking an experienced

Electrical Foreman

to supervise all electrical installation works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure proper execution of wiring, conduits, fixtures, panels, and related systems while maintaining quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

2-3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and tools Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and load schedules Proven experience managing and supervising electrical teams Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills Solid understanding of electrical safety regulations and standards Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily work of electricians and electrical helpers Ensure proper installation of conduits, cables, distribution boards, fixtures, and equipment Review drawings and ensure work compliance with specifications Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper stock levels Enforce site safety guidelines and report any technical issues
