We are looking for an experienced

Tiles Foreman

to supervise all tiling activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality installation of floor and wall tiles, manage work crews, and maintain project schedules while upholding safety and workmanship standards.

Requirements:

2-3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory

Strong technical knowledge of tile installation, leveling, cutting, grouting, and finishing Ability to read and interpret drawings and finishing specifications Proven experience supervising tiling teams Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Knowledge of construction safety regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily activities of tile workers Ensure accurate layout, cutting, and installation of tiles Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets project standards Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper handling and storage Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with project timelines Enforce safety protocols and report any issues
