We are seeking an experienced

Steel (Bar Bending) Foreman

to supervise and coordinate all rebar cutting, bending, and installation works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure proper execution according to drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS), maintain quality standards, and manage a skilled team efficiently.

Requirements:

2-3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of rebar cutting, bending, fixing, and installation Ability to read and interpret drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and specifications Proven experience supervising bar bending teams Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills Knowledge of construction safety standards and rebar handling practices Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely completion

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide bar bending teams in daily activities Review BBS and drawings to ensure accurate execution Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with project timelines Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance Coordinate with site engineers, steel suppliers, and other trades Manage materials, tools, and proper storage on-site Enforce safety protocols and report any on-site issues
