Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Foreman to supervise construction activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the site. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers, coordinating with engineers/contractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor construction activities on site. Allocate tasks to site workers and ensure timely completion of work. Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety among site staff and labor. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare daily work progress reports and share with management. Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment as required. Assist in resolving site-related issues and challenges.

Key Skills & Requirements

Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil/Construction (preferred). Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety practices. Ability to read and understand drawings and work instructions. Good leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
