Key Responsibilities

Supervise end-to-end operations of the rotary kiln / rotary drum line (?2.4 meter dia) Monitor kiln rotation, feed flow, drive systems, and thermal parameters Conduct and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving gears, rollers, bearings, and refractory linings Ensure operational safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards Maintain accurate logs of operational parameters and downtime Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and operations teams for efficiency Mentor and manage helpers, operators, and maintenance crew

Required Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Minimum 10 years of experience working in Rotary kiln systems (?2.4 meter diameter preferred) OR in heavy industry such as cement, power plants, fertilizer, or waste-to-energy Strong knowledge of rotary kiln mechanics, gearbox systems, refractory, and structural maintenance Familiarity with SCADA-based operation is an advantage Experience managing a team in an industrial setup

Work Conditions

Full-time, on-site role at Bhubaneswar plant 6-day work week with rotational shifts if required Accommodation and food provided by the company Health and safety gear and tools will be provided

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

?35,000 - ?60,000/month
