Job Description

Responsible for supervising the hotel's maintenance team and ensuring all repair and technical work is done on time and in good quality. Key Duties: Supervise electricians, plumbers, and maintenance staff Handle daily repair work: AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry Check and close maintenance complaints from rooms and public areas Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for room readiness Maintain tools, spare parts, and basic inventory Call and coordinate outside vendors when needed Ensure safety standards are followed Keep simple maintenance records and reports Requirements: Experience in hotel or building maintenance Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work Ability to lead a small team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
