Title: Foreman / Site Supervisor (Residential -- Stilt+4)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
CTC: ?25k-?40k/month
Summary:
Supervise daily site activities, manage labour allocation, and ensure quality and safety.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise construction work.

Allocate tasks to labour and subcontractors.

Check quality and enforce safety norms.

Maintain attendance and productivity records.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI Civil.

15+ years of site supervision experience.

Strong knowledge of finishing and labor management.

Experience in Aluminum Formwork (MIVAN) must.
