We are looking for an experienced

Masonry Foreman

to supervise and coordinate all masonry works on-site. The ideal candidate will oversee blockwork, brickwork, plastering, and related activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Requirements:

2-3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory

Strong technical knowledge of masonry works, materials, and tools Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications Proven experience supervising masonry teams Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Knowledge of construction safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide masonry teams in daily activities Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with project schedules Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades Ensure proper use of materials and maintain site cleanliness Enforce safety protocols and report any issues on site
