We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Logistics Foreman

to manage site logistics and ensure smooth material flow throughout the project. The ideal candidate will coordinate deliveries, manage storage areas, supervise logistics teams, and maintain efficient site operations.

Requirements:

2-3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory

Strong understanding of site logistics, materials handling, and construction processes Experience supervising labor and logistics teams Knowledge of equipment, machinery, and site safety regulations Ability to coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills Ability to work in fast-paced site environments

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily logistics operations on-site Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage Supervise logistics personnel and assign tasks Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels Ensure site access routes and storage areas are organized and safe Communicate with project managers, engineers, and vendors Enforce safety protocols and report any on-site issues
