Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Foreman

with strong experience in both

production supervision

and

machine maintenance

for our agricultural implements manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring quality production of tools like

blades, harrows, and tillers

, and maintaining the smooth operation of all workshop machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:Production Supervision

Oversee manufacturing of agricultural tools: tillers, J-type blades, disc harrows, etc. Allocate daily work to welders, fitters, and helpers; monitor output. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met. Inspect finished products and ensure they meet quality specifications. Coordinate with the inventory team for raw materials and consumables. Prepare daily production reports and submit to Plant/Production Manager

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?29,193.63 per month
