Must have 12-14 years of experience as a Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm Foreman.
Ability to independently read and understand shop drawings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of fire system technicians and helpers for installation of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
Carry out site take-offs, prepare material requests, and manage material stock and consumption reports.
Allocate manpower on a daily basis as per installation schedules and targets, ensuring progress complies with project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance, supervision, and on-the-job training to installation personnel.
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of on-site issues related to fire systems and actively participate in testing, commissioning, and inspection activities.
Coordinate with Engineers, Subcontractors, and other MEP trades to ensure timely and high-quality execution of works.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of fire fighting & fire alarm systems
Leadership and manpower handling skills
Experience in material control and site coordination
Sound understanding of safety standards and project requirements
