Must have 12-14 years of experience as a Fire Alarm / Firefighting Foreman.
Ability to independently read and interpret shop drawings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise a team of fire alarm technicians and helpers for installation of fire alarm and life safety systems.
2. Perform site take-offs, raise material requests, and manage material stock and consumption reports.
3. Allocate manpower on a daily basis according to installation schedules and targets, ensuring progress meets project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Provide technical guidance, supervision, and training to installation personnel.
5. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of on-site issues related to fire alarm systems and actively participate in testing, commissioning, and inspections.
6. Coordinate with Engineers, Subcontractors, and other MEP services to ensure timely execution and quality delivery of works.
