Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with
Site Engineer and contractors
Manage labour deployment, attendance, and productivity
Ensure
quality, safety, and discipline
at site
Monitor material usage and report requirements
Ensure work is completed within assigned timelines
Report daily progress to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
Eligibility & Experience
Minimum
5+ years of experience
as a Foreman in construction projects
Experience in
civil construction works
(RCC, finishing, masonry, etc.)
Ability to read and understand basic drawings
Strong site supervision and labour-handling skills
Skills Required
Good leadership and coordination skills
Practical knowledge of site execution
Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines
Basic communication and reporting skills
