Requirements:
2-3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of BMS systems (HVAC controls, lighting control, access control, sensors, cabling, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret BMS drawings, control schematics, and wiring diagrams
Proven experience supervising BMS/low-voltage teams
Familiarity with major BMS brands (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of safety regulations and low-voltage installation standards
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise BMS technicians and ensure correct installation of devices and wiring
Coordinate with engineers for system integration and testing
Review BMS layout drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with project schedule
Conduct inspections to ensure quality and correct functionality
Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper documentation
Enforce safety policies and report any technical issues on-site
